The independent committee appointed on the instructions of the High Court for the management of the famous Mohan Ram Mandir Trust of Shahdol, division headquarters, has complained to the higher authorities and the police that the former trustees have created an atmosphere of anarchy in the Mohan Ram temple. The matter has been complained to the ADGP, Collector, SP, SDM and Registrar Public Trust Sohagpur including Police Station Kotwali Shahdol. The said complaint has been made by Advocate Ramesh Tripathi, a member of the independent committee, making serious allegations that in compliance with the order dated 02.11.2012 passed in case number FA-177/2012 of the Honorable High Court Jabalpur, an independent committee has been formed by the Sub-Divisional Officer and Registrar Public Trust Sohagpur Shahdol on 30.01.2013 and revised order dated 31.01.2023 for the protection of the daily works and assets of Shri Raghunath Ji Ram Janaki Shiv Parvati Mohanram Mandir Trust. The work is being carried out by the said committee since 31.01.2013. Actually, the Hon'ble High Court has clearly ordered in its said order that there will be no interference of N. Bhaskar Rao, Rohineshwarprapannacharya, Har Prasad Pandey and former trustees in the activities of the temple and the trust. After this, as per the order issued by the Hon'ble High Court in review petition number 895/2012, the entire work of the trust will be carried out by the independent committee constituted by the sub-divisional officer. Instead of implementing the order, it has been violated. Not only this, at the district headquarters itself, openly disregarding the above mentioned order of the Honorable High Court, former trustees Rohineshwar Prapannacharya Lavkush Shastri, Girja Sharan Das, Chandresh Dwivedi, Jagdish Prasad Mishra, Pawan Rao, Rajkumar Kharya, Jitendra Singh and Ramavtar Gupta are continuously interfering in the activities of the temple and the trust and are protecting the encroachers so that no action is taken against them for the encroachment on the temple property. As per the information received, the charge of the trust is not being handed over to the independent committee by the former trustees for the last 10 years, due to which an atmosphere of anarchy prevails in the temple premises. The self-proclaimed trustees, with the malicious intent of establishing themselves illegally, have put up a list of the former trustees on 03.07.2023 by writing the year 2012 on the wall of the temple, which was constructed in the year 2018-2019, whereas the trustees whose names have been written in the inscription have been separated by the Hon'ble High Court in the year 2012 itself and an independent committee has been constituted. In this way, the assets of the temple are being wasted by the above people by openly disobeying the order of the Hon'ble High Court. However, it is necessary for the present district and police administration to know that the former trustee and treasurer Lavkush Prasad Shastri was forcibly given the charge by the then Tehsildar, SDM, Revenue Inspector Patwari etc. in the presence of all the then trust officials, but the charge has not been given to the independent committee currently working by Lavkush Prasad Shastri till date and contrary to the wishes of the Hon'ble High Court, he has created an environment of confusion and interferes in every activity of the temple by calling himself a trustee. In this episode, the land Khasra No. 138 located in village Shahdol has been fraudulently registered in the name of Chitrakoot Purani Lanka instead of Mohan Ram Mandir Trust and even after the stay of the court, construction is being done on the said land in an illegal manner and the entire benefit of the same is being sent to Chitrakoot by occupying the said land. If immediate action is not taken in this regard, then someday this illegal gang will occupy the entire temple. According to Advocate Ramesh Tripathi, a member of the independent committee, in compliance with the order issued by the Hon'ble Court, a case should be registered against Rohineshwar Prapannacharya, Lavkush Shastri, Girjasharan Das, Chandresh Dwivedi, Jagdish Prasad Mishra, Pawan Rao, Rajkumar Kharya, Jitendra Singh and Ramavatar Gupta and action should be taken.

Reaction...
Ten years have passed since the committee was formed in 2013. After the intervention of the High Court, the dissolved committee has been re-established with arrogance. Financial irregularities including encroachment are prevalent. Along with this, the district and police administration have failed to implement the order issued by the High Court, due to which work is being done on the premises and trust land contrary to the order of the High Court.
