Shajapur, Public Health and Medical Department has set a WhatsApp phone number to make ambulance facility more simple and easy, under which now 108 ambulance will reach immediately for help on telling the place and location on the WhatsApp number issued by the Medical Department across the state including Shajapur. 108 Help Desk Incharge EMT Jitendra Devatwal said that after sending a message on the WhatsApp number, the data will reach our control room after taking some important information from you. There the team will immediately send an ambulance for you. In any emergency situation, you can get ambulance service through 108 number, 108 Sanjeevani MP mobile app or WhatsApp number. In case of health related emergency, the ambulance used to come on dialing 108 phone number to take the patient to the hospital, but now if needed, 108 ambulance can be called through WhatsApp also. The Public Health and Medical Department has set up a WhatsApp phone number 6269695935 to make the ambulance facility more simple and easy. Any person can send a message on this number and ask for an ambulance if needed. As soon as the message reaches, the call center will know the location of the sender. The ambulance will reach him soon, which will provide first aid to the patient as per the need. If needed, it will immediately take him to the nearest hospital. The Public Health and Medical Education Department has also prepared a 108 Citizen App for information about other health facilities. There is a plan to connect all the hospitals and blood collection centers of the state including Shajapur with this app. So that in case of emergency, information about the nearest hospital and blood collection center can be obtained through the app as per the need. Both 108 Sanjeevani and Janani Express ambulances can be called as per the need through this app.
