Devi Singh has accused the Meghalaya police of destroying evidence. He said that Sonam's raincoat, Raja's T-shirt, and mobile were in the Activa scooty, which was seen in the CCTV. Then how did these items reach the body? The body was found on a garbage heap in a 200 feet deep ditch, while the murder took place above. The weapon was also found near the body.
