The reasons for bringing the no-confidence motion include keeping 16,000 (sixteen thousand rupees) with himself by Gram Panchayat Amoli Sarpanch Kishore Padwar against the rules instead of depositing it in the Panchayat account, creating obstruction in the construction work of the Panchayat despite being the Sarpanch himself, trying to threaten the mates engaged in the work of the Panchayat, not taking interest in the work of the Panchayat and not signing the muster roll on time, purchasing cattle dispatch katta from the market and depositing its amount in the Panchayat account and using it for his own use, accusing the Panchs of abusing and implicating them on caste lines and threatening them. It was also told that earlier, Panchs, Deputy Sarpanchs, Panchayat employees and villagers had complained against the Sarpanch in Lalbarra police station, on which Sarpanch Kishore was arrested in the police station itself. Padwar had given a written apology but even after that he did not stop his antics.
