Kidnapped 4-year-old minor boy recovered safely, 4 kidnappers arrested
Dewas, on 31.10.2024, due to Diwali festival, the city and villagers were busy preparing for Lakshmi Mata Puja, meanwhile information was received about the kidnapping of a 4-year-old boy by unknown persons. Complainant Bhavana Bai, wife of Arjun Bhati, resident of village Atraliya Ashta, district Sehore, currently residing in Naya Abadi, police station Tonkkhurd, district Dewas, came to the police station and reported that at 9 o'clock in the night, my 4-year-old boy was lured and taken away by an unknown person. Who has not been found even after searching. As soon as the information of the above sensational incident was received, the station in-charge of Tonkkhurd police station Alok Soni immediately left with the force and reached the spot and inspected the spot thoroughly. Against the said unknown accused, crime number 475/2024 under section 137(2) BNS increase section 140(1), 142, 127(2), 61(2) BNS was registered in Tonkkhurd police station and investigation was taken up. Considering the seriousness of the case, 4 special teams were formed by Superintendent of Police Dewas Puneet Gehlot, Apule under the direction of Additional Superintendent of Police (City) Jaiveer Singh Bhadauria and Sub-Divisional Officer (Police) Sonkachh Deepa Mandve. Informant system and technical evidence were collected. The team took immediate action and after checking CCTV footage and technical investigation, reached Kumaria Banveer police station Pipalrawan and started a search operation to search for the suspected accused Dharmendra Singh father Rai Singh Rajput resident of Kumaria Banveer police station Pipalrawan. 4 teams searched village Kumaria Banveer and the surrounding forest and informers were appointed. On receiving the information, raids were conducted at the house and other hiding places of the suspect accused behind the government school near the bus stand in village Kumaria Banveer. The suspect Dharmendra Rajput was seen near his house and ran away on seeing the police. He was taken into custody from near his house and questioned. The accused admitted to kidnapping a 4-year-old boy and told that he had kept the kidnapped boy hidden in the house of Dayaram Kanjar resident Kanjar Dera Pipalrawan to demand a ransom of Rs 10 lakh. Accused Dharmendra was arrested at 1:40 am. Later, on the information given by the accused, the kidnapped boy was recovered safely from the dense forest of Kumaria Banveer at 02:20 am.
The kidnapped minor boy who was freed is a minor boy, age 04 years, resident of Baroli, Indore.
The arrested accused are Dharmendra Singh Rajput, father Rai Singh Rajput, age 30 years, resident of Kumaria Banveer, police station Pipalrawan.
Dayaram father Satyania Sisodia caste Kanjar age 60 years resident of Kanjardera police station Pipalrawan.
Nilesh father Rajesh Dhangar caste Kanjar age 29 years resident of Kumaria Banveer police station Pipalrawan.
