District Magistrate Manish Bansal: Problems of the common people should be resolved on priority

Saharanpur, New District Magistrate Manish Bansal, during an introductory meeting with all the officers of the district in the new auditorium located in the Collectorate today, instructed the officers that the problems of the common people should be resolved on priority. He said that the complaint should be resolved at the level of the concerned officer only. DM Manish Bansal said that the file work should be submitted only after studying it thoroughly. He said that the development works will be reviewed department-wise along with the monthly meeting. He said that all the officers should work hard and honestly. He is always available for any problem and help. After this, he inspected the Collectorate premises. During the inspection, he visited the Judicial Archives, Revenue Archives, Joint Office Room, Revenue Assistant II, Anglo Archives, Consolidation Officer Court, Nazarat, Special Land Acquisition Office, DLRC Office, District Rifle Association, Police Squad, District Election Office, District Disaster Room, NIC Room and the rooms of senior officers. During the inspection, he instructed that proper cleanliness in the offices as well as better maintenance of files should be ensured. DM Manish Bansal said that the Disaster Control Room should be kept active 24 hours as an Emergency Operation Center and the employees should be put on duty in shifts. He instructed that the Disaster Control Room phone numbers 0132-2723971, 2723344, 2723345 and toll free number 1077 should be publicized as much as possible. He said that every complaint received in the disaster control room should be noted and all those complaints should be resolved in a quality manner. On this occasion, Chief Development Officer Sumit Rajesh Mahajan, Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Dr. Archana Dwivedi, Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue) Rajneesh Kumar Mishra, Additional District Magistrate (Judicial) Ramesh Yadav, City Magistrate Gajendra Kumar, DFO Shubham Singh and senior officers of the concerned departments were present.
