Anuppur, National Nutrition Month program was organized on the fourth Tuesday of the month in Ward No. 04 Anganwadi under Women and Child Development Project Anuppur, under the guidance of Supervisor Damyanti Singh and Anganwadi worker Saroj Mishra and assistant Sunita Rathore.

Birthday program of Anganwadi children was organized under National Nutrition Month program by Anganwadi worker Saroj Mishra of Ward No. 04. Along with this, women of the present ward were made aware about cleanliness along with eating coarse grains made from local food items, green vegetables Munga, Chaurai Bhaji.
Supervisor Damyanti Singh gave information about the program
Supervisor Damyanti Singh, present at the program organized under National Nutrition Month in Anganwadi Ward No. 04, told the women that National Nutrition Month is an annual campaign started by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The aim of this campaign is to encourage people to make informed food choices and develop healthy eating and physical activity habits, which will be celebrated in the Anganwadis of the country from 01 to 30 September. Pradhan Mantri National Nutrition Mission was started on 8 March 2018, which aims to reduce problems like malnutrition, dwarfism, and anemia. Along with this, under the Nutrition Month program, outreach programs, identification campaigns, camps and door-to-door visits are conducted at village, block, and district levels.
