Damoh, under the instructions given by National Legal Services Authority New Delhi and Madhya Pradesh State Legal Services Authority Jabalpur, under the able guidance of Principal District Judge/Chairman District Legal Services Authority Ajay Prakash Mishra, District Damoh and Tehsil Court was removed to 11 Patharia. National Lok Adalat will be organized in May. In which criminal, civil, electricity act, motor accident claim, square bounce case under Negotiable Instrument Act, family court and all other types of compoundable pending and pre-litigation cases will be resolved on the basis of consent and reconciliation of both the parties.

District Judge/Secretary District Legal Services Authority Dharmesh Bhatt said that for the successful organization of the said National Lok Adalat, the Chief District Judge appointed 01 judge/presiding officer and 01 conciliator member for the district headquarters Damoh and Tehsil Hata, Patharia and Tendukheda, making a total of 19 members. Division benches have been formed. Which will try to resolve the matter through reconciliation and understanding between the parties.
District Legal Aid Officer Rajneesh Chaurasia has urged all the parties to get maximum number of cases resolved through National Lok Adalat and avail the benefit of the discount being given by Bank, BSNL.
