Damoh, with the resolution of Developed India Developed Madhya Pradesh, the Center and State Government are working to provide irrigation water through Har Ghar Nal Jal Yojana in the entire country under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in this sequence Damoh MP Rahul Singh Lodhi reviewed the Sitanagar irrigation project work and the works of Jal Nigam and Irrigation Department. During this, he inspected the Intel Well, Raw-Water Pumping Main, Overhead Tank and other construction works. Also took stock of Sitanagar Dam, WTP, Pump House.

MP Damoh Rahul Singh Lodhi said that the dam work has been completed but the water supply work will take about one more year, the dam should be completed on time and water should reach on time and this will provide drinking water and irrigation water to about 377 villages including Pathariya Assembly, Pathariya Block, Hata Block, village Patera towards Laxman Kuti of Damoh district and some villages of Hata and then from Hata via Bijawar. The target of the project will be completed in 2026.
The MP said that about 98 tanks are to be constructed, we are monitoring their progress so that the work is completed on time. This project has come here through the Prime Minister and the Madhya Pradesh government, so it is the moral responsibility of all of us that the schemes are run smoothly on time and the common people and farmers get benefits. We are determined to complete the work as soon as possible and the inauguration should be done by the lotus hands of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. All will come again after 3 months in a sequential manner and in this sequence, wherever big projects are going on in the entire Lok Sabha, their review and inspection work will continue continuously. It will ensure that the project made by the government reaches the people on time.

Water supply will be done in 330 villages of Damoh district from Bebas Sunar-2 group water supply scheme

Bebas Sunar-2 group water supply scheme will provide water to the farmers' fields and pure drinking water to the common people in 330 villages of 167 panchayats of Damoh, Hata, Pathariya development block from Sita Nagar dam. In these, water will be supplied to 38 villages of 18 gram panchayats of Damoh development block of Damoh assembly. Similarly, 78 villages of 35 Gram Panchayats of Hata of Hata Assembly, 23 villages of 14 Panchayats of Patera, 11 villages of 06 Panchayats of Damoh, 115 villages of 56 Gram Panchayats of Batiagarh development block of Patharia Assembly and 65 villages of 38 Panchayats of Pathariya are included.
