Due to heavy rains, cloud bursts occurred at 3 places in Kullu, Hamirpur and Rampur. One person drowned due to heavy rains in Mansoli of Hamirpur, while two persons died due to slipping in Shimla's Rohdu. One person is being told missing in Chamba. A total of 6 people have died in the last 72 hours. In the last 12 hours, Himachal's Dharamshala has received maximum 107 mm of rain, Mandi's Kataula 74 mm, Kangra city 90 mm and Mandi's Gohar 67 mm.

According to information, 7 houses have been damaged in the state due to landslides, due to floods. Along with the damage of 4 cowsheds, there is also information about 5 cows and about 35 goats flowing. In Kullu, the water level increased due to cloudburst in Mohal Khad, in which 5 vehicles and 3 tractors were badly damaged. Heavy devastation has also occurred in Thunag of Mandi due to cloudburst, a dozen vehicles were washed away and many houses were damaged due to floods in Tungadhar of Seraj in Mandi and Mohal Khad of Kullu. A mother and a one-and-a-half-year-old child got scorched due to lightning in Upperli Majhetli of Nagrota Bagwan in Kangra. He has been admitted to Nagrota Hospital.

200 people were trapped in Mandi's Shikari Devi on Saturday night, who were pulled out after six hours. Even now more than 100 students are stuck there. On the Kalka-Shimla railway track, all trains were canceled for the second day as stones, debris and trees fell from the hills at various places. Only the toy train could reach Shimla. In the state, the Meteorological Center Shimla has issued Orange alert on Monday and Yellow alert for Tuesday.

Chandigarh Manali National Highway is still closed. Debris removal work has been started near 4th Mile and 7th Mile, but it will take time to restore it.

The road from Mandi to Kullu via Kataula is closed near Kamand, the work of opening it is also going on. Right now the rain has stopped in Mandi, but it is overcast and it may start raining anytime. Mandi Pathankot road is smooth for traffic. More than 100 students of Chamba, who came to visit Parashar, are stuck since last night due to breakdown of road in Baghi. They have been accommodated in the home stay at night. DSP Padhar Sanjeev Sood told that all the children are safe. The work of restoring the road is going on. NH-707 in Sirmaur district is closed since late night due to heavy landslide near Hevana on Paonta Sahib Shillai. There are long queues of vehicles on both sides.
