Shajapur, A day earlier, the country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi had held a meeting in the city. Where he had mentioned Tolaram's Kachori. Because when Modi came here in 1990 during Jan Sangh, he had tasted Kachori. After this, a crowd of people gathered at Tolaram Kachori seller's place.
Actually they were attacking Congress here. Meanwhile he said that today I have less time. He said that we will celebrate Diwali on 3rd December and next time I come, I will eat Dalbati and Tolaram's Kachori. These words made the whole atmosphere delicious. Not only this, as soon as the meeting ended and after leaving from here, the people of the city reached Tolaram ji's place and informed him about this and expressed their intention to eat Kachori.
Tasted for the first time in 1990
After PM Modi mentioned Tolaram ji and his Kachori, Tolaram ji's name is once again in the news in the city. While discussing with Dainik Bhaskar, Tolaram ji told that when PM Modi was not PM, he had come here as a campaigner and had tasted Kachori. At that time there used to be a crowd of customers at our place. He told that now he has closed the shop and makes Kachori at home. Now it is not them but their child who handles this work. Recalling those times, he says that the joy of making Kachori was different at that time. Spices were also prepared by hand in which asafoetida was used and the chutney that was used with Kachori was not available anywhere. I am happy that Modi ji remembers the taste of that time even after becoming PM and by remembering me in front of the huge crowd, he has increased my prestige. Many thanks and best wishes to him for this.
People gathered at home, video clip shown
After Modi ji praised Kachori, people left from there and reached Tolaram ji's house and told him about it. When he did not believe, people also showed him the video clip. Seeing this, Tolaram ji's happiness knew no bounds.
