Maihar, With the announcement of the schedule of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 by the Election Commission of India, the Model Code of Conduct has come into effect with immediate effect in Satna and Maihar districts. In the meeting of the District Level Standing Committee held on Saturday under the chairmanship of Collector and District Election Officer Shri Anurag Verma, all the political parties, public representatives and representatives of Satna district and Maihar district were given information about the election programme, election process and guidelines of the Election Commission of India. An appeal has been made to ensure strict adherence to the model code of conduct issued to officers and employees.
On this occasion, Collector Maihar Mrs. Rani Batad, Superintendent of Police Satna Mr. Ashutosh Gupta, Superintendent of Police Maihar Mr. Sudhir Aggarwal, ARO Mr. Neeraj Khare, Mrs. Aarti Yadav, Dr. Aarti Singh, Mr. Rahul Sirodiya, Mr. JK Verma, Mr. AP Dwivedi, Sudhir Beck. Shri RN Khare and representatives of political parties were present.
