Katni, In compliance with the Model Code of Conduct, on the instructions of Superintendent of Police Abhijeet Ranjan, a special checking campaign was conducted at Mission Chowk under the leadership of Traffic Police Incharge Rahul Pandey. A team of traffic police personnel was deployed here and vehicles were thoroughly checked. During the proceedings, action was taken against the vehicles having number plates, hooters, black film, name plates of political parties against the rules, and challan action was taken after removing the illegal material from such vehicles. In compliance with the Model Code of Conduct, check posts have been made at different intersections of the city and also on NH Roads. In which a strict watch is being kept on the vehicles.
