Saharanpur, A meeting of the Divisional Micro and Small Enterprises Facilitation Council constituted by the state government was convened under the chairmanship of Divisional Commissioner Atal Kumar Rai to resolve business disputes related to payments of micro and small enterprises. In the meeting, Divisional Commissioner Atal Kumar Rai heard a total of 15 references in the arbitration meeting of the council, out of which it was decided to issue awards for payment of the outstanding principal amount of Rs 29.07 lakh along with compound interest in a total of 10 references of micro and small entrepreneurs. Apart from this, efforts were made for reconciliation in 46 references in the facilitation council meeting. In which Rs. 10.35 lakhs were paid in 04 references to Indo Bio Agro Ind. Shamli, Rs. 4.00 in 02 references to M/s Amar Jyoti Ind. Saharanpur, Rs. 1.98 in favour of M/s Mahavir Meeting Pvt. Ltd. Saharanpur and Rs. 1.19 lakhs in favour of M/s SRP Ind. Shamli. Thus, the Council made payment of Rs. 18.25 lakhs in 08 references. Mrs. Anju Rani, Member Secretary/Joint Commissioner of Industries, Anupam Gupta, Member/Representative Laghu Udyog Bharati, Saharanpur, Pramod Miglani, Member/Representative IIA Lead District Manager, Praveen Jamuar and Banwari Lal, Assistant Commissioner of Industries participated in the meeting.
