Lalbarra, District Panchayat Balaghat On August 2, the meeting of the Cooperative and Industry Committee of the District Panchayat was held in the meeting hall of District Panchayat Balaghat under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Committee, Shri Jhaamsingh Nageshwar. In the meeting, the progress of self-employment schemes run by Khadi and Village Industries Department, Backward and Minority Department, District Entrepreneur Department, Labor Department, Tribal Affairs Department, Cooperative Department, District Trade and Industry Center was reviewed and the information about the updated status of the years 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 was reviewed. Chairman Shri Jhaamsingh Nageshwar ji talked about publicizing the beneficiary-oriented schemes in rural areas so that more and more people can get information about the schemes. He asked to take action against those selling fake fertilizers and seeds in the district and to make DAP and Urea fertilizers available to all the committees soon. District Lead Bank Manager Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, present in the meeting, informed the members about various pension schemes and financial literacy being run by banks.
