Shajapur, As per the instructions of National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi, National Lok Adalat will be organized on May 11 in the district headquarters and tehsil headquarters Shujalpur court premises. In a series of efforts being made to make it successful, under the guidance of Principal District Judge and Chairman Lalit Kishore, a meeting was organized with officials of various departments at ADR Bhawan on Saturday under the leadership of District Judge and Secretary Siraj Ali.
During the meeting, District Judge and Secretary Siraj Ali discussed the preparations for the upcoming National Lok Adalat. Also, keeping in view the upcoming elections, all the officers were directed to present the pre-litigation cases as soon as possible, so that the notices can be served on time. In the National Lok Adalat, the exemption given by the Municipality in water tax and property tax was also discussed and the Chief Municipal Officer was directed to publicize it as much as possible. Detailed guidelines were given regarding the resolution of pre-litigation cases related to loan recovery of banks in the National Lok Adalat, municipal water tax, property tax, pre-litigation cases of telephone dues of BSNL department and pending and pre-litigation cases in the court of electricity department.
