The media had warned...
The said Medical College crossing has become a death point. Due to the accident, many people have lost their lives there so far. While many people have fractured hands and legs. But after continuous accidents, neither the road construction department has paid attention to this nor the top officials of the administration have been affected by these accidents. Yes, the people who have lost their loved ones in accidents here untimely, their pain has not reduced even today. After the previous accident, when there was a lot of uproar and news was published in the media in this regard, then barricades were temporarily placed by the Deputy Superintendent of Police for traffic. But it did not prove effective in preventing these accidents. Because at night, the barricades are broken by the trucks and other big vehicles passing through there at stormy speed. There is a need to make permanent arrangements to prevent accidents at the said intersection. Now whether the administration takes some further measures or will leave people to become victims of accidents like this, only time will tell.
