The famous Gangaur Mahotsav, the pride of Nimar, is going to be organized on 11, 12 and 13 April in Khargone, Bhikangaon city. This time the Housing Board Colony Gangaur Utsav Committee is busy in preparations for the chariot procession. On Sunday, the committee inaugurated the construction of the pandal by performing Bhoomi Pujan at Mata Chowk of the colony. Bhoomipujan was done by Parsai Ganesh Dubey. Ravi Patel, Yogesh Aggarwal and Vikram Sen of the Public Gangaur Utsav Committee told that this time the work of enhancing the chariot of Gangaur Mata will be done by the Public Gangaur Utsav Committee. Social workers Bitt Thakur and Vijay Mahajan said that preparations have been started to welcome Mati. For the first time, a Bengali dome is being installed to house the chariot of Mata. Vijay Mahajan, Rajesh Mahajan, Kuldeep Sengar, Pawan Chaube, Mohanpratap Singh Chauhan, Rajesh Sohni, Saurabh Pal, Shubham Mahajan of Housing Board Colony Gangaur Utsav Committee said that this time Gangaur festival will not be celebrated only as a festival but as a festival. On April 12, Gangaur Mata will be brought to the pandal with much fanfare. There will be service and worship of Mataji throughout the night. Women will wake up and sing bhajans. Bhandara will be organized the next day on 13th March. Gangaur Mataji will be bid farewell in the evening

Committee members told that Gangaur Mata's attractive Bengali pandal will be situated in 65 by 190 square feet. There will be arrangements to accommodate 351 chariots including the stage of Dhaniyar Raja. One covered lane of 15 by 330 and two open lanes of 15 by 130 are being built for the convenience of the devotees so that the devotees do not face any inconvenience in commuting and darshan. A 75 by 75 Bengali selfie point will be made for children and youth near the Municipal Council drinking water tank. For convenience, 20 different attractive selfie points are being constructed. On the lines of Ayodhya Shri Ram Janmabhoomi, 4 big gates including the attractive Ram Darbar Gate are being constructed. There will also be a garden in it. You will also get to see the view of the nursery including flower decoration.
