Massive Fire Caused by AC Blast at Noida's Aranya Society
Flames Spread to Two Flats on the 21st Floor
A massive fire broke out on Monday at a high-rise society in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, causing panic. The incident occurred in a flat on the 21st floor of 'The Aranya' society in Sector-119. Upon receiving the information, a fire department team rushed to the scene and initiated relief and rescue operations to bring the fire under control.
AC Blast Suspected Cause of Fire
According to preliminary information, the incident took place at Aranya Society, which falls under the jurisdiction of the Sector-113 police station. Reports indicate that the fire erupted following an explosion in the flat's air conditioner (AC) and quickly intensified into a massive blaze.
Six fire tenders arrived at the scene and worked to extinguish the fire. No casualties have been reported so far.
Flames Spread to Two Flats
According to reports, the fire first broke out in the flat on the 21st floor following the AC explosion, subsequently engulfing at least two flats. Fortunately, rescue operations began promptly, preventing any major loss of life. Firefighters continued their efforts to bring the blaze under control.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Takes Cognizance of the Incident
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the fire incident at Noida's Aranya Society. According to the Chief Minister's Office (CMO), he has directed concerned officials to immediately reach the site and expedite relief and rescue operations.
The Chief Minister also instructed that immediate and proper medical care be provided to anyone injured. Additionally, the administration has been directed to remain vigilant at all levels and continuously monitor the relief operations. Fire Breaks Out in Residential Building in Delhi's Keshavpuram
Meanwhile, a fire broke out in a four-story residential building in the Keshavpuram area of the national capital, Delhi. According to officials, rescue teams safely evacuated three people trapped on the roof during the blaze, which started early Monday morning.
Four fire tenders were dispatched to the scene to bring the fire under control, and the situation was fully contained by around 3:00 AM. No casualties have been reported in this incident either.
