Khargone, the state government has made arrangements to procure wheat at support price in Rabi season. For procurement of wheat at support price in the marketing year 2024-25, the cooperative societies of the district, M.P. Registration of farmers is being done at 71 registration centers in the district through online, common service center and Kisan App. An appeal has been made to the farmers to get themselves registered by the last date of March 1. The last date of registration will not be extended by the government. Farmers themselves will be held responsible if they do not register within the time limit.

District Supply Officer Bharat Singh Jamre said that for wheat procurement at support price, free registration of farmers will be done at the convenience centers established in Gram Panchayat, District Panchayat office and Tehsil office, registration centers run by cooperative societies and marketing institutions. Farmers can register themselves at these centers on government working days from 07 am to 09 pm. Farmers can register for free through MP Kisan App from their Android mobile. There is a system of paid registration at MP Online Kiosk, Common Service Centre, Public Service Center and cyber café run by private individuals.
