Sanjay Kumar, who was DSP of BSP-14, has been made SP (Law and Order and Security) of Patna, SDPO of Wazirganj, Gaya, Satish Kumar has been made SP (Administration) of Patna, while Santosh Kumar, who was waiting for posting, has been given the new responsibility of SP (Crime). The Home Department has deputed one additional SDPO in 43 crime-sensitive sub-divisions. These include sub-divisions of Patna along with Bettiah, Chhapra, Siwan, Gopalganj, Muzaffarpur, Sitamarhi, Gaya, Jehanabad, Nawada, Sasaram, Arrah, Rohtas etc. districts.
