Lalbarra, the birth anniversary of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri was celebrated on 2nd October Thursday in the Panchayat Bhawan of Gram Panchayat Kajai, which comes under the Janpad Panchayat. In which Adv. Anand Bisen Sarpanch was present. The program started in his presence in which the program started by garlanding the photographs of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri.

In which Gram Sarpanch Anand Bisen presented his views in front of the people present while throwing light on the biography of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri. After that, Gram Sabha and monthly meeting were organized under the chairmanship of Gram Sarpanch and in the presence of Panchs and villagers of Gram Panchayat, in which as per the instructions of the government, the Gram Sabha agenda was read by Panchayat Secretary Homeshvar Thackeray.

Also, as per the orders of the Gram Sabha President Sarpanch, various works for village development were discussed and proposals were taken, in which keeping cleanliness in mind, the meeting was concluded by discussing about CC drain, Nadep Taco cleaning, and cleaning of other places in ward no. 12 and 13.
Also, the Gram Panchayat Sarpanch paid tribute to the deceased for the peace of the departed souls of the village Late Smt. Jayawanta Bai/Deeplal Patle, Bhoolan Bai/Dharamlal Patle and met the families of the deceased and encouraged them, while during this time mainly all the Panchs and villagers of the village were present.
