Deoband, The huge fair of Shri Tripura Maa Bala Sundari Devi organized under the aegis of Municipal Council Deoband has reached its peak due to its grandeur. Gradually the fair has started becoming more vibrant. People are enjoying till late night after reaching the fair. PWD Minister of State Kunwar Brijesh Singh also visited the fair and directed to organize the fair as per its dignity. He visited various stalls and interacted with shopkeepers and people. The famous Shri Tripura Maa Bala Sundari Devi Fair of Deoband, organized every year in Chaitra month, has now reached its peak due to its grandeur. Gradually the fair has started becoming more vibrant. Minister of State for PWD and Deoband MLA Kunwar Brijesh Singh reached various stalls of Meena Bazaar fair and talked to shopkeepers and devotees. Minister of State Kunwar Brijesh Singh directed the fair chairman and the municipal employees to maintain the grandeur and dignity of the fair and remove the irregularities. The fair was inaugurated by District Magistrate Dr. Dinesh Chandra on 21st April. From small children to the youth, where everyone is enjoying the attractive swings installed in the fair, there are also circuses, sports shows, toys, statues, posters, jewelery and other shops along with various types of stalls selling chaat-pakodas, halwa. A huge crowd is also seen at the shops selling paratha, kulfi, ice cream etc. Apart from this, a large number of devotees are reaching the famous Maa Tripura Bala Sundari Shaktipeeth of Deoband and seeking blessings by offering Prasad to the Mother Goddess. Efforts are being made by fair chairman and councilor Ankit Rana and others to maintain the grandeur of the fair. Fair in-charge Vikas said that the fair is being conducted with dignity. While a large number of people from Deoband city and rural areas are coming to this Maa Bala Sundari Devi fair which is famous far and wide in Deoband, people from other cities are also coming here and enjoying the fair to the fullest. Overall, this huge fair of Devi, which is held in Deoband once a year for 15-20 days continuously, is remembered by children, youth and elders throughout the year and they keep discussing throughout the year about what they have done by going to the fair.
