Lokayukta caught Nirmal Hardia, the person sent by Naib Tehsildar, taking 50 thousand. It is noteworthy that when Pankaj Yadav was posted in Indore, he was caught in one such case and he is on bail from the Supreme Court.
As per the incident, Ashish Soni of Amjhera wanted to get his name changed after the death of his grandmother. When he met Naib Tehsildar Pankaj Yadav in this regard, he demanded a bribe of Rs 3 lakh for this. He complained about this to the Superintendent of Police, Lokayukta Indore office. The complaint was verified, in which Naib Tehsildar asked for Rs 3 lakh through his deputy Wasim for this work. On which the trap team was formed.
But the accused did not come to collect the bribe as the accused was busy in official work, then the accused asked the applicant through his substitute Waseem to deliver the amount to the applicant Nirmal Hardia in Indore.
The Lokayukta registered a case under Section 7 Prevention of Corruption Act and 120-B IPC against the three accused (Pankaj Yadav, Wasim and Nirmal Hardia). Legal proceedings are still on. Action has already been taken against Pankaj Yadav for forgery. When he was Naib Tehsildar in Indore, he fraudulently got the land registered in favor of one party by forgery. Later, a settlement was also reached with the complainant. The mutation was cancelled, but the registry could not be nullified.

Raoji Bazar police had registered a case of cheating against 6 people including Patwari and Naib Tehsildar. The accused had also got the land registered in the interest of one party by fraudulently renaming the land. According to the information, Rameshwar's son Raoji Dayal, a resident of Bangarda, had lodged a complaint.
Rameshwar told that relatives Shyam Dayal, Pawan Dayal, Annapurna Bai got his land renamed and got it registered. When the police investigated, the involvement of Patwari Kailash Chaudhary and Naib Tehsildar Pankaj Yadav came out. On complaining, the accused compromised with Rameshwar. The name change was canceled but the registry could not be nullified. Pankaj Yadav is on bail in this case.
