Damoh, As per the order given by National Legal Services Authority New Delhi and M.P. State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur, under the guidance of Principal District Judge / Chairman District Legal Services Authority Anand Kumar Tiwari, National Lok Adalat will be organized in District Damoh and Tehsil Courts Hata, Pathariya and Tendukheda on 14 December 2024. In which criminal, civil, electricity act, motor accident claim, check bounce cases under Negotiable Instrument Act, matrimonial cases and all other types of compromiseable pending and pre-litigation cases will be resolved on the basis of consent and reconciliation of both the parties.

District Legal Aid Officer Rajneesh Chaurasia said that in the National Lok Adalat, apart from the cases pending in the courts, cases related to banks, electricity, BSNL will also be resolved. And pre-litigation cases related to water tax will also be resolved. In which attractive discounts will also be provided on resolution of the cases by the departments. He has urged all the parties to resolve the cases in the National Lok Adalat on the basis of reconciliation and agreement.
