Deceased Dhanendra Bisen started protesting, then Emerson Katre slapped Dhanendra Bisen and They started bickering with each other. Dhanendra Bisen ran from Dhaba to the road to save his life but could not run due to disability and Arpit Katre and Emerson Katre caught hold of him on the roadside and started fighting by throwing him on the side of the road. After picking up a stone, Dhanendra was injured and the same stone was hit by Emerson Katre in Dhanendra's leg. Both the accused thought that he would go to the police station and report, then both the accused, Emerson Katre and Arpit Katre, tried to kill Dhanendra Bisen. With the intention of repeatedly hitting his face and head with a big stone, he died on the spot. To mislead the police, he tied a rope to his motorcycle and slammed it on the side of the road, so that it seemed that Dhanendra Bisen had an accident. Both Dhanendra Bisen looted the mobile phone and money and ran away from there, while doing the incident, he hid the blood stained clothes in the house. Accused Emerson Katre and Arpit Katre were murdered, looted and evidence hidden under Section 302, 394, 34 Tahi. Arrested and produced before the Honorable Court.
