Deoband | Saharanpur, Khichdi Utsav is being celebrated with great pomp in the ancient Siddhapeeth Shri Radha Vallabh temple. In this sequence, Thakur Shri Radha Navrangi Lal Maharaj was offered potato pakodas, Imarti, Balushahi and almond milk. On the 23rd day of Khichdi Utsav, Thakurji's bhog seva was done by Ravindra Goyal, Neeraj Goyal, Bala Verma, Riya Verma and Jatin Verma of Modinagar. During this, there was a long queue of devotees to see Thakurji's disguise, Mangala Darshan and Shringar Darshan. Enthusiasm was also seen among the devotees to listen to Padavali. Padavalis like Mangal Samay Khichdi Jevat Hai Shri Radha Vallabh Kunj Mahal Mein and Khichdi Jevat Yugal Kishore etc. were sung. Temple sevadhikaris Nitin Goswami and Mudit Goswami said that every day in Khichdi Utsav, various dishes prepared as bhog are offered to Thakurji. This prasad is distributed among the devotees. Neeraj Goswami, Navneet Lal Goswami, Shubham Garg, Abhishek Goswami, Monu Bansal, Mukesh Gupta and Ashu Sharma etc. were present on this occasion.
