Anuppur, as per the instructions of Superintendent of Police Anuppur, a special checking campaign has been started by the traffic police, which will continue continuously for four days from today till Holi, the purpose of which is to prevent accidents caused by drunk drivers, to curb drivers carrying three passengers and rough driving by taking action against them.

Along with this, in the special campaign being run by the Police Headquarters against illegal number plates and hooter, the bonnets of four-wheeler vehicles are being opened and checked, today a hooter was found installed in a four-wheeler vehicle, against which a fine of ₹3000 was imposed while taking action. To curb over speeding, checking is being done continuously with interceptor vehicles. Action was taken against five four wheelers last day, action was taken against five vehicles without NA plate.
