For the successful conduct of the examination, it is necessary to install loudspeakers and other restrictions. Considering it necessary to issue a prohibitory order under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 at the examination centers in Damoh and keeping in view the examinations in Damoh district, District Magistrate Mayank Aggarwal issued the order under the provisions of Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973. This order has been passed ex-parte under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973. If anyone is found violating the above order, he will be prosecuted under the provisions of the Indian Penal Code. This order will be immediately effective.

In the order issued, it is said that in accordance with the instructions of the Government and the Board, after the prohibition has been imposed on the selected sensitive/highly sensitive examination centers as per Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by doing so, the administration will be punished for unauthorized presence of 05 or more people near the examination centre. -If passed, they will get strict legal powers to disperse/arrest them.

According to the provisions of Madhya Pradesh Recognized Examination Act 1937, there will be a ban on unauthorized persons and undesirable activities within 100 yards of the examination centers from two hours before the commencement of the examination till the completion of the examination. Unnecessary entry or loitering of unauthorized persons, distribution or dissemination of papers or other items, use of items which can be used as offensive weapons, attempts to intimidate the officers/invigilators/employees related to the examination, etc. Are mentioned. It is necessary to be alert in this matter in every centre. There will be a complete ban on unauthorized persons and undesirable activities at the examination centre.

Similarly, if someone is found cheating, mass copying, attempt to breach confidentiality, or attempt to spread misleading information through social media, FIR will be lodged with the police under sections of the Examination Act 1937 along with other relevant acts. R. Will be registered. It should also be ensured that the search of students is done politely but firmly. Search of girl students should be done only by teachers. Searching should never be done by any uniformed person inside the examination hall. Despite the security arrangements, if any person or institution is found involved in mass copying, then such persons will be identified and legal action will be taken against them under the Madhya Pradesh Recognized Examination Act 1937 and other relevant acts.

There will be a ban on the use of loudspeakers in order to ensure a conducive environment for the students to prepare for the examination. For the class 10th and 12th board examinations of the Board of Secondary Education, Bhopal, there will be a complete ban as mentioned above along with the use of loudspeakers within a radius of 200 meters from the examination centers of Damoh district.
