Lalbarra, come on Kavadiya, go to Potiyapat Dham, all your problems will be solved… Kavadiya started walking towards Potiyapat Dham with the tune of DJ with Bam-Bam Bhole, Har-Har Bhole and Har-Har Mahadev, in which women, men and children of the village participated. In Dadiya village, on 17th August, Saturday, all the people gathered in Shiv Mandir and after offering prayers in the temple, they kept Kavad and started walking towards Potiyapat. While talking to the press, the village Sarpanch, Smt. Rishi Panchi Bhalavi told that for a long time the villagers had been demanding that in the holy month of Sawan, like last year, this year as well, a Kanwar Yatra should be taken out in the village. In this connection, the men, women and children of the village gathered at the Shiv temple today and after worshiping Lord Shiva, the villagers left on foot carrying the Kanwar and reached Vanganga Potiyapat where they bowed down and worshiped in the Shiv temple and after filling the Kanwar with water, they left for the village with the Kanwar Yatra. After reaching the village, the Jalabhishek was done and worship was again done and wishes were made for the happiness, greenery and prosperity of the village. And people come here from far off places for the Mundan Sanskar. A 15 day fair is held here every year. A lot of people come here but the facilities that should be available for the people coming here are not there. I will raise the issue with Balaghat MLA Mrs. Anubha Munjare ji, District Panchayat Chairman Mr. Samrat Ashok Singh Sarswar ji and MP Mrs. Bharti Pardhi ji. It will be my endeavor that good facilities are available for coming here.
