Damoh, Kalash Yatra was organized by Anganwadi workers of Women and Child Development as part of SVEEP activities with the aim of making voters aware for the Assembly elections on 17 November 2023. Kalash Yatra was inaugurated by flagging off by CEO District Panchayat and Nodal Officer Sweep Arpit Verma. The Kalash Yatra started from Manas Bhawan Ambedkar Chowk and again reached Manas Bhawan via Clock tower in which a large number of Anganwadi workers participated.
In the same sequence, under the guidance of Assistant Nodal Officer Principal Dr. KP Ahirwar, a huge Voter Awareness Kalash Rally was taken out by the drama troupe giving the message of voter awareness encouragingly giving the performance on the beats of Dholak, flute and Nagada.
