Saharanpur, seeing today's scene, it felt that it is a lie to say that the new generation has gone astray, rather the truth is that neither time is being given to them nor their heritage is being shared with them. Today, while addressing the new generation in the auditorium of Gurunanak Inter College, International Yoga Guru Padma Shri Swami Bharat Bhushan spoke about the emotional welcome by the youth, their enthusiasm to dedicate themselves to the five yoga sanskars, the dedication of the youth to learn the tips that come in the diet of yoga for summer vacations and in a one and a quarter hour long conversation with pin drop peace, about one thousand students gave alms of promise to the Yoga Guru by waking up before sunrise, paying respects to parents and Guru, practicing yoga daily, eating satvik food, studying on their own and staying away from negativity like intoxication etc. The Principal of the college, Mr. Mohan Singh said that by accepting the request to visit the college, Gurudev not only won the hearts of everyone by having a free conversation with the children, but the students of the entire college, along with giving him Sankalp Bhiksha, also took initiation of the mantra of life from him in the true sense. In the 100-day program series organized by Mokshayatan International Yoga Institute, one of the leading institutions of the country by the Government of India, on the tenth International Yoga Day, under the Yoga Sanskar Bhiksha Abhiyan, to develop health and positive thinking, Swami Bharat Bhushan shared Anand Gati, Sarvanga Pushti Gati, Gardabh Gati, useful for overall health, and Seetali Pranayam to avoid heat and hot winds with the students and teachers. He also gave tips like drinking plenty of water, lemon shikanji, sattu, bael sharbat and mango panna to stay safe from the heat. The college family also pledged to participate in the group yoga practice on 21 June, Yoga Day. The students started using words like mummy and adopted the address of mother and father and started saying Vande Mataram and Jai Hind instead of the meaningless word hello on the phone. In the end, everyone completed the program with a yoga song with Swami ji and free laughter.
