Also present, Police Station Sub Inspector Shashank Rana, Sub Inspector Vaishali Uike and all the police station officials were welcomed in a systematic manner by the officials of the organization. During the program, police station in-charge Shri Hemant Nayak discussed about law and order and human rights related to police administration, crimes related to women, cyber crime, theft, robbery, domestic violence and all types of crimes coming under criminal categories. Also, appointment letters issued by (NHRCCB) were given to all the officers of Human Rights Crime Control Bureau by police station in-charge Shri Hemant Nayak. Shri Nayak wished all the officers of the bureau good luck for their better work and wished them a bright future. While speaking, he said that there are many things in the society about which we are unable to talk and even children are unable to talk. It is our duty. If you are associated with such an organization, then in reality your intention is to do the right work for the society. So we have to try to be concerned about the human rights written in the word human rights and talk about it. If we feel that someone's rights are actually being violated and everyone has the right to education and if there is a boy or girl who is not able to go to school, we can do whatever we can from our side through our organization. You should do whatever you can from your side and we also hope that you all will do all this; secondly, it is written crime control is the duty of all of us, it is the responsibility of all of us that we have to free the society from crime. Now there are two ways of this, one is that we can make the people understand; secondly, we can make two hundred people stand on the road. I think that first we should try to make the society understand, if the society does not understand, will not agree, there are a lot of agencies, when the people will not agree, we will keep on working from all sides to convince them, and other things also have been said by the police station in-charge which have been supported by all the people.
