Nakud | Saharanpur, International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at the ground of KLGM Inter College today. Renowned yoga gurus and Art of Living Yogacharya Ashish Sharma and Vipin Gupta conducted yoga practice for the people present. In the program, MLA Mukesh Chaudhary, former MP Pradeep Chaudhary, former MLA Mahipal Singh Majra, Deputy District Magistrate Sangeeta Raghav, Tehsildar Jasmendra Singh, Municipal Council President Shivkumar Gupta, Municipal Council Executive Engineer Sunil Kumar Saroj, Treasurer of the School Management Committee Vinod Kumar Verma, Vijendra Sharma, along with dignitaries of the city, journalists, school staff and students attended in large numbers and did group yoga practice. In the programme, the students from Mokshayatan Yoga Sansthan of Rampur Maniharan and the students of KLGM Inter College surprised everyone by presenting yoga exercises separately. While addressing the programme, Nagar Palika Chairman Shivkumar Gupta, Sub-District Magistrate Sangeeta Raghav appealed to everyone to inculcate yoga in their lives. The Principal of the school Captain Gaurav Mishra expressed his gratitude to everyone. After the programme, the students who participated in various activities under Yoga week in the last seven days were honoured with medals and certificates.
