Maihar, Madhya Pradesh, is playing a very active role in the expansion of the Indian Council of Press organization. Out of which, many changes are being made in view of the inactivity of the state presidents of the state executive operating in many states. Under the direction of National President Surya Narayan Vishwakarma ji, under the leadership of Madhya Pradesh in-charge Kuldeep Verma and National Secretary Mukesh Vishwakarma, the information sought from Madhya Pradesh State President Dheeraj Ahirwal regarding the expansion of the state was not received satisfactorily or his inactivity in his field of work since the tenure of the past years was proved, on the decision taken by the National Core Committee today on 20 June 2024, relieving State President Dheeraj Ahirwal from the post and appointing the current District President Maihar Rakesh Agarwal as the State President of Madhya Pradesh. The newly appointed State President is very active regarding the expansion of the organization. He has played an important role in forming the executive committee for the expansion of the organization not only in his district but also in other districts as well as other states. But taking Rakesh Agarwal from the district and giving him the responsibility of the state is a big challenge. Now it remains to be seen what role he plays in the expansion of the state or whether he gets the support of the national leadership or not.

After the removal of state president Dheeraj Ahirwal from the post, now it remains to be seen whether the organization will give the former state president a place in high posts or can expel him from the organization. But sources also tell that former state president Dheeraj Ahirwal can soon leave the Indian Council of Press and join another organization.
