Katni, a team of more than 100 Income Tax officials raided the houses and many places of many big businessmen of Katni district in more than 50 luxury cars. All these businessmen run pulse mills, rice mills and many big businesses. Of these, raids were conducted at the houses and places of three brothers of Anil Industries, one of the biggest businessmen. The Income Tax Department officials raided all the places in the morning and are scrutinizing the documents.

Apart from the reputed firm Anil Industries of Madhavnagar of the district, a team of half a hundred Income Tax Department officials raided the houses and homes of many big businessmen in the morning. The team of officials is also raiding Anil's bungalow located in front of Nirankari Bhawan along with the mill and investigating. A team of officials from Jabalpur and Bhopal raided the place in more than 50 luxury cars and began a thorough investigation to scrutinize the documents since morning. A police team is also present along with the income tax team. It is said that Anil Industries is a rising name in the industry of the district and it was on the income tax radar since the past several days. There are suspicions of tax evasion of billions of rupees against Anil Industries and several big businessmen. The investigation is expected to go on for about two days.
