Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar said this in a meeting with the temple committee today regarding the arrangements for the devotees in Bandakpur. Superintendent of Police Shrutkirti Somvanshi, SDM LR Bagri, Sub-Divisional Officer of Police, Advocate Suresh Mehta, Advocate Pankaj Harsh Srivastava, Pandit Kripal Pathak and officers and committee members of other departments were present.

On this occasion, Collector and Superintendent of Police Shrutkirti Somvanshi visited the temple premises along with the committee members and took stock of the arrangements.

Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar said that a meeting has been held with the committee and all other officials, after taking full stock of all the arrangements, necessary guidelines have been given to all, so that when Sawan Monday starts from 22nd July, all the devotees who come here have a joyful experience, they can have darshan and worship of God with full devotion and devotion, for this, security, cleanliness, arrangement of devotees going and coming in queue for darshan, exit and entry, ambulance-medical, firefighter, generator, electricity, traffic, parking, all this will also be fully ensured. Apart from this, necessary guidelines have been given to everyone to ensure all other logistics and other arrangements.

He said that continuous monitoring will be done to ensure that the devotees coming here do not face any inconvenience. After the end of Sawan Monday, there is also a program of Somvati Amavasya on the 2nd, in which about 1 to 2 lakh devotees are expected to come, micro planning is also being done for that, according to which comprehensive arrangements will be ensured so that the devotees do not face any kind of problem.

Superintendent of Police Shrutkirti Somvanshi said that today I have visited Bandakpur temple, the month of Sawan is starting from next Monday and after that, there has been a discussion with the officials of the committee here regarding the arrangement that is going to be there every Monday, whatever instructions were to be issued by us to the committee have been discussed and told, their expectations from the district administration and police administration, in making arrangements, providing security and other things, have also been discussed, for this the police station in-charge and outpost in-charge have been instructed. He said, our endeavour will be that all the devotees coming here for darshan should have a good experience and there should not be any kind of chaos.
