Police Station Aerodrome busted the accused in 24 hours and arrested
Indore, On the morning of 22.05.2023, under Police Station Aerodrum area of Indore, a woman was reported lying in a blood-soaked injured condition on the side of Scheme No. 155 road. On information, the police immediately reached the spot and the injured woman was sent to the hospital for treatment.
Taking information from the nearby residents and passers-by regarding the incident, no information was found while identifying the injured woman on the spot, it was found that the woman's name is Mrs. Kamla husband Suryadatt Tiwari, age 62, resident of Scheme No. 51, Indore. Whose relatives told that the said woman leaves the house every day at 4.30 am for morning walk, which comes back by 7 am.
Seeing the serious injury of the woman, there was a possibility that someone could possibly be injured in an accident by a vehicle, but after inspecting the scene of the incident, it was found that the incident with the woman happened on the road and someone dragged the woman to an empty plot on the roadside. But it has been brought behind a pile of ballast, regarding which it was discussed with the people around and those who roam around on the morning walk, but no one was told to have any information regarding the reduction.
Prima facie, the incident seemed suspicious and not an accident, but criminal, but due to the absence of any eyewitness to the incident and the injured woman being unconscious, she was not able to give a statement, it seemed quite challenging for the police to solve the mystery of the incident. In view of the circumstantial evidence and the condition of the woman, prima facie an offense under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the unknown accused and taken into investigation.
In order to solve the mystery of the incident, under the guidance of senior officers, special teams were formed and activated in all four directions of the incident site to scan the CCTV cameras around the incident site. In relation to which, while checking the CCTV camera installed around the spot, the injured woman was seen going on the morning walk at around 4.40 am and a middle-aged man was seen walking behind her.
Other CCTV cameras were searched for the above incident, in which one camera showed the said suspect causing the incident with the woman, but it was becoming very difficult to identify the accused because the camera was not clear and far away. To ensure clear footage of the said suspect, other CCTV cameras were searched, based on the footage received of the middle-aged person in the CCTV camera, within 10 km of the scene of the incident. m. More than 150 cameras were searched in the area and the informer system was activated. The police teams, while meeting the said suspect, also extracted information about the old accused of Hulia and the help of technical and cyber was also obtained. The hard work of the police to find the accused paid off and the police got success within 24 hours of the incident. Accused Dharmendra Mandev age 52 years resident Mandideep district Raisen has been arrested by Aerodrum police today on 23/05/2023.
On interrogating the accused, he told that he is a resident of Mandideep Raisen and many theft crimes are registered against him in Indore, in whose court cases are going on, in connection with the case, he comes to Indore and returns to Raisen after carrying out the theft incident. I go He told that he had come to Indore a few days ago, Suwah was roaming in the streets of Colony Scheme No. 51 and 155, Indore for the purpose of theft, when the said old woman found him roaming alone with gold ornaments around his neck and ears. Seeing which she was wearing, I got greedy and seeing the woman in a deserted place, she tried to snatch gold and silver jewellery, but due to protest and shouting by the woman, she hit her on the head with an iron gun kept near her, causing serious injury. Due to the woman being injured and falling on the road and dogs barking nearby, so that no one could see, the accused dragged the woman behind a pile of ballast on an empty plot and accepted to loot the gold and silver jewelry she was wearing.
After searching the criminal record of the accused, in the past also, the miscreant has been arrested in Indore city police station Malharganj, Aerodrum Juni Indore in the crimes of theft, embezzlement.
The miscreant did not have any permanent residence in Indore city and the family of the miscreant resides in Mandideep Raisen. The accused is being questioned in relation to the gold and silver jewelery looted in the crime and on questioning the accused will also be questioned in relation to other incidents of theft and counterfeiting.
The accused has been arrested by the police against whom advance legal action is being taken on the basis of investigation.
