Bhumihars were reprimanded in Jehanabad
Actually, Minister Ashok Chaudhary, who is considered a member of Nitish Kumar's kitchen cabinet, had gone to inaugurate the JDU office in Jehanabad. The program was for the inauguration of the office and the minister started cursing the Bhumihars. Ashok Chaudhary started saying from the stage- Has Nitish Kumar not worked for the Bhumihars? Then why did the Bhumihars not vote for Nitish in the Lok Sabha elections.
Ashok Chaudhary said- "When Nitish Kumar makes a candidate from the most backward class, the Bhumihar people run away. Why not vote, Nitish Kumar has done work in your place as well. In the Lok Sabha elections, except for one or two leaders, I did not see any Bhumihar asking for votes for JDU. When we went door to door, Bhumihars used to say that they will not vote for the JDU candidate.”

Ashok Chaudhary kept saying, “If your candidate is a Bhumihar, wins four times and does not work, then also you will say that he is good. If my candidate does not visit your house for three-four days, then you will say that you will not vote. How will this work?”

At the inauguration ceremony of the party office in Jehanabad, Ashok Chaudhary said that he knows both Jehanabad and Bhumihars very well. His father was the first person to win the election from Jehanabad. He knows Bhumihars very well because he has married his daughter to a Bhumihar.
