Food registration was also not found with the seller for doing business. Oil worth Rs one lakh 86 thousand 875 was seized by the Food Safety Officer and the case was presented before the ADM. Umesh Rupaji Hamad was made accused in the case. On acceptance of the charge by the accused, Adjudicating Officer Mr. Meena imposed a penalty of Rs. 5 lakh on the charge of selling non-standard edible oil and a fine of Rs. In the second episode, a sample of Baby Tiger Premium Khari and Maida was taken by Food Safety Officer Mr. RG Maruta on 24 February 2020 from Kankishree Bakery, Singhana Road, Kukshi. A case was presented before the Adjudicating Officer against in-charge salesman Mohan father Kanha Barfa and proprietor Mahesh father Hirachandra due to midprints being found in the sample of Baby Tiger Premium Khari. During the hearing in the case, on the acceptance of the allegations by the accused, the Adjudicating Officer Shri K.K. Ale. Meena imposed a fine of Rs 3,000 each on both the accused.
Similarly, samples taken from Maya Shree Dairy and Everfresh 164 Rajendra Nagar Dhar, samples of mixed milk and curd have been found to be sub-standard, samples of mixed milk taken from M/s Dudh Utpadan Sahakari Sanstha Maryadit Sadalpur have been found to be sub-standard. .
