Katni, A case of illegal occupation of government land has come to light in village Bhadra Haar, adjacent to village Imliya, under Madhavnagar police station area of ​​Katni. While occupying the government land, some people also demolished the Yagyashala built in Shivdham Ashram, which was operating in Bhadra Haar for the last 25 years. Apart from this, hundreds of green trees planted here have also been massacred. Even after complaining about this to the police and administration officials, no action has been taken so far. Due to which the morale of some people has increased and boundary walls are being constructed here openly occupying government land. Saint Bhagwandas Bam Bam Maharaj, director of Shivdham Ashram, said in the complaint that this ashram has been operating on government land for the last 25 years, even after this, the administration has not taken any action for land allocation and lease to the ashram till date.

Bhagwandas Bam Bam Maharaj told media persons during a discussion that some people have private land and a pond adjacent to the ashram located at this place. Some time ago, this private land was sold and Mahipal Singh, a resident of Haryana, bought this land. After buying the land, he occupied not only his land but also the government land adjacent to it. He made a written complaint about this to the police and administration. After this, the revenue staff from the administration came here and investigated and in collusion gave silent consent to occupy the government land. Sant Bhagwandas Bam Bam Maharaj alleges that the Deputy Sarpanch and Secretary of Gram Panchayat Imliya are also involved in this entire matter. Sant Bhagwandas Bam Bam Maharaj also told that religious events are held throughout the year in Shivdham Ashram, in which thousands of devotees from the surrounding villages come here and participate in the religious event. He told that there is a temple of Lord Bholenath in the ashram, where religious rituals are held on Mahashivratri. Apart from this, there is also a place of Mahakali, where Yagyashala is built. Programs are held here during both Navratris but some people also broke the Yagyashaala. He also lodged a complaint but no action was taken. The trees planted here are also being cut. Saint Bhagwandas Bam Bam Maharaj said that there is a pond in front of Shivdham Ashram. During rainy season, when the pond is full, its water goes towards Chhui mine through government land but some people have occupied this path also and have installed a gate. Due to which now the water of the pond will go towards the village instead of Chhui mine, which will cause damage. He has demanded action from the Collector and Superintendent of Police. After this complaint, SDM Pradeep Mishra said that he has got this information about this matter and action will be taken to remove the illegal encroachment by conducting an investigation in this matter.
