Rajgarh. Upon arrival in Rajgarh district, Bhopal Rural Range Inspector General of Police, Mrs. Ruchivardhan Mishra, was warmly welcomed by Superintendent of Police, Mr. Amit Tolani, and police officers with a bouquet of flowers. She was then accorded a ceremonial salute by the police force.

In the first phase of the tour, the Inspector General of Police engaged in meditation and yoga with officers and staff. Describing yoga as the foundation for a healthy body and mind, she encouraged everyone to regularly incorporate yoga and meditation into their daily lives.

Following this, at the "Nari Shakti Jan Samvad" program, the Inspector General of Police established cordial dialogues with female police officers and staff. She listened attentively to the problems and suggestions of female police personnel, suggesting effective and practical solutions, and inspiring them to perform their duties with confidence, sensitivity, and dedication.

Following this, the Inspector General of Police held a crime review meeting with all the gazetted officers and station in-charges of the district. The meeting included a detailed review of the district's law and order situation, the current status and nature of crimes, the investigation of serious and pending cases, crimes against women and children, the prevention and effective action against cybercrimes, the arrest of absconding accused, the execution of warrants, community policing, and the innovations and public awareness campaigns conducted by the Rajgarh Police.

During the meeting, Superintendent of Police, Mr. Amit Tolani, presented detailed information to the Inspector General about crime control in the district, the effective action taken to maintain law and order, the notable achievements of the Rajgarh Police, community policing innovations, and the efforts being made to prevent cybercrimes.

Following the review, the Inspector General of Police honored the district's police officers and employees for their outstanding and commendable work by presenting them with certificates of appreciation. She directed all officers and station heads to ensure quality investigation of every case, sensitive policing, and effective crime control. Emphasizing team spirit, she conveyed the message, "Learn, Understand, and Work in Teams," which will foster better coordination and make policing more effective, accountable, and people-oriented.

Subsequently, a review meeting of various departments was held in the Collectorate Hall, Rajgarh, in the presence of *Bhopal Division Commissioner Mr. Karmaveer Sharma* and *Inspector General of Police Mrs. Ruchivardhan Mishra*. During the meeting, Divisional Commissioner Mr. Karmaveer Sharma reviewed the progress of development and public welfare schemes implemented by various departments and provided necessary guidelines. The Inspector General of Police provided necessary guidance on issues related to law and order, women's safety, and police functioning.

After the review meeting, both senior officers planted trees in the Collectorate premises and gave the message of environmental protection and a green future.

After this, under the joint aegis of the District Police Rajgarh and the Social Justice Department, as part of the *"Drugs Se Doori Hai Zaroori 2.0"* public awareness campaign, Bhopal Division Commissioner *Mr. Karmveer Sharma* and Inspector General of Police Mrs. Ruchivardhan Mishra* flagged off the public awareness vehicle. On this occasion, they appealed to the general public to protect themselves and society from the ill effects of drugs, to keep the youth away from drugs, and to play an active role in building a drug-free, healthy, and safe society.
