Shajapur, A huge farmer tractor rally was organized in the Tehsil Krishi Upaj Mandi premises under the aegis of Bharatiya Kisan Sangh District Shajapur's Tehsil Kalapipal, in which thousands of people took to the streets with hundreds of tractors, the roads were jammed. A meeting was organized with gathering in the Krishi Upaj Mandi premises, in which the meeting was addressed by Division Minister Ghanshyam Patidar, Division Member Raj Bahadur Singh Gurjar, District Minister Mukesh Patidar, Division Member Sohan Singh Sisodia, District Shah Minister Radheshyam Ji Meena, in which Division Member Patidar warned the government and said that if the problems of the farmers, especially the low price of soybean, which was being sold 10 years ago at ₹ 3500 per quintal, is being sold at the same price today, then it should be increased to ₹ 6000 per quintal and arrangements should be made to buy it in the mandis so that the farmers can recover the cost of their crop. District Minister Patidar told that the government Presently, without paying any attention to farmers, the industrialists are paying more attention to them. After taking votes in the name of farmers, the net purchase of farmers has been stopped. The government should come to its senses and on the basis of this demand of the farmers, fix SP at ₹6000 per quintal and arrangement for purchase should be made. Otherwise, Bharti Kisan Sangh will stage a sit-in protest at the district center in the coming time and will lock down all the mandis. After that, thousands of farmers with 400 tractors and motorcycles, along with the procession of Lord Balram ji, will pass through the main roads of the city shouting Jai Ghosh, sitting in protest at Tehsil Kedho, the farmers challenged the government and placed their demands. The residents of the city performed puja at various places. The police administration took the charge in making the city traffic system smooth. The procession will reach the Tehsil office with the rally, where the farmers placed their demand before the government that the price of soybean crop fixed at ₹4892 by the present government, sitting in closed rooms, is not acceptable to Bhartiya Kisan Sangh and the farmers of the district. The government should fix the price of soybean at ₹6000 per quintal and arrangement for purchase should be made. The fields of the farmers of the tehsil should be sold. A memorandum was submitted by Kailash Sastiya in the name of Chief Minister, Prime Minister and Collector with many demands like getting Narmada water. At the time of the memorandum, agriculture related officials were present, to whom the farmers informed about their problems. In the program, the main demand to the Center and State was that the damage being done to the crops by wild animals in the district should not be ignored, for this the Forest Department and Revenue Department should together provide relief amount of ₹ 80000 per hectare to the farmers. A memorandum was given at the Tehsil Center with many demands, in which the working Tehsil President Dilip Ji Mewara, Tehsil Minister Prahlad Singh Rajput, Tehsil Vice President Radheshyam Solanki, Tehsil Vice President Ashok Patidar, Vice President Ashok Amritya, Tehsil Member Achal Singh Mewara, Member Adesh Saxena, Rai Singh Meena, Mahesh Meena, Radheshyam Chandravanshi, Om Prakash Patidar, Inder Singh Nagendra Singh, Dinesh Arvind Mewara, Rameshwar Dhangar, Om Prakash Patidar, Jeetmal Patidar, Harinarayan Mewara, Dinesh Jairam Singh Sisodia, Nagendra Sisodia, Dinesh Prahlad Singh Meena, Dagotia and other workers were present.
