Damoh, District In-charge Minister Ramniwas Rawat expressed condolences to the bereaved families, State Forest Minister and District In-charge Minister Ramniwas Rawat said, I am saddened by the news of the tragic death of 7 people in a horrific accident between a truck and an auto on the Damoh-Katni highway in Damoh district. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has given instructions to take strict action against those who were negligent in this horrific accident, I am also constantly in touch with the district administration.

He said, I pray to God to give place to the departed souls in his lotus feet and give strength to the bereaved families to bear this lightning strike.

Minister of State Lakhan Patel expressed condolences

State Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Animal Husbandry and Dairy Department, Lakhan Patel, while expressing his condolences to the deceased in the accident on Katni road near Samanna, said, I pray to God that the souls of the deceased rest in peace and whatever help can be provided by the government will be provided.

Minister of State Lakhan Patel said that the Collector of Damoh informed that a very heart-rending incident has happened near Samanna, in which a truck and an autorickshaw collided, in which 10 people of the same family and relatives were travelling, out of which seven people have died prematurely and three people are seriously injured, who have been referred to Jabalpur. This is a very sad incident.

MP Rahul Singh reached the district hospital, took information about the accident, expressed condolences

As soon as the information about the accident on Katni road near Samanna was received, MP Rahul Singh Lodhi reached the district hospital and took information about the injured and the dead. He expressed condolences on this incident and prayed to God to give the family the strength to bear the loss.

MP Rahul Singh said that the Chief Minister has minute-to-minute information. Collector Jabalpur and Collector Damoh both are in proper coordination, those who are in serious condition have been referred to Jabalpur by creating a green corridor through three ambulances and a pilot vehicle, the Dean of the Medical College has been talked to there, as soon as the injured reach there, their treatment will start immediately. He said that from time to time when the traffic police strictly asks to follow the traffic rules and when they check at different places, we all should cooperate in that, drive with patience. Today's incident has saddened the mind and also frightened the mind, such accidents have also started happening in Damoh now. He urged everyone and said that traffic rules should be followed.

Former Finance Minister and MLA Jayant Malaiya expressed condolences

Former Finance Minister and Damoh MLA Jayant Kumar Malaiya expressed his condolences to the deceased in the accident on Katni road near Samanna and said that he wishes to Almighty God to give strength to all their family members, well-wishers and the people of the locality to bear the grief in such a sad moment. As far as we can try, whatever help can be given by the government, we will try to help the family with it.

Commissioner Sagar and IG reached the district hospital and took stock of the accident site

On receiving information about the accident on Katni road near village Samanna of the district, Commissioner Sagar Dr. Virendra Singh Rawat reached the district hospital with IG Police Pramod Kumar Verma and took detailed information about the accident from Collector Sudhir Kumar Kochar and Superintendent of Police Shrutkirti Somvanshi. He also took stock of the accident site. Additional SP Sandeep Mishra, SDM RL Bagri, CSP Abhishek Tiwari were present on this occasion.

Commissioner Dr. Virendra Singh Rawat said that while returning from Bandakpur Darshan by auto rickshaw, there was a head-on accident with a truck, in which 7 people have died and those who were injured have been sent to Jabalpur, the administration has been informed for the rest of the arrangements.

He said that the truck driver has been caught, after blood sampling, if the report shows wine, then strict action will be taken as per the law. The Chief Minister has been given full information about this matter. He said that the 07 people who have lost their lives in the road accident, may God give them a place in his feet. After this incident, before this and in the future too, we will decide that the traffic system should be more tight.

IG Sagar Pramod Kumar Verma said that 07 people have died in the tempo accident, three injured have been immediately referred from here to Jabalpur Medical College. Discussed with the police officers there. He said that we are understanding the circumstances of the incident, action will be taken against whoever is guilty in it.
