Case of culpable homicide against Allu Arjun
After this accident, Telangana Police registered a case against Allu Arjun, his security team and theater management. A case has been registered against the actor under serious sections like culpable homicide and intentional injury. The police arrested Allu Arjun on Friday morning and the Nampally court sent him to 14 days judicial custody. However, shortly after this, actor Allu Arjun's lawyers filed a bail petition in the Telangana High Court, on which after hearing, the judge granted bail to Allu Arjun. Allu Arjun got a big relief from the interim bail granted a few minutes before the court closed, because if the decision had not come today, he would have had to spend 2 nights in jail.

Deceased woman's husband withdraws case

Meanwhile, after the actor was sent to judicial custody, deceased woman Revathi's husband said that he is ready to withdraw the case and he does not hold Allu Arjun responsible for the stampede or his wife's death. On Friday, Revathi's husband Bhaskar said, 'We only went to Sandhya Theater that day because my son wanted to watch the movie. It is not Allu Arjun's fault that he went to the theater that day. I am ready to withdraw my case. The police did not inform me about his arrest, I saw this news in the hospital. He (Arjun) has nothing to do with the stampede.'
