Patna, According to the Meteorological Center located in Patna, due to the effect of monsoon on Tuesday, there is a forecast of sporadic and very heavy rain with thunderstorms in many districts of the state including Patna. On Tuesday, there is a possibility of light rain with thunder and strong winds in Patna and surrounding areas.

An orange alert has been issued for very heavy rain in one or two areas of Nalanda, Nawada and Lakhisarai districts. There is also a possibility of lightning during the rain.
The Meteorological Center has urged the people of these areas to be extra cautious during the rain and not to come out of their homes.

Apart from this, a yellow alert has been issued for heavy rain with thunderstorms in one or two areas of East Champaran, West Champaran, Gopalganj, Siwan, Araria and Kishanganj districts.
