The victim Shijo and the accused Joseph (69) were neighbors and there was often an argument between them about the fact that the victim's dog often entered the courtyard of the victim's house.

The incident happened on Saturday night
The police said that when the incident happened again on Saturday night, there was an argument between the two, which turned into a fight. After this, Joseph allegedly killed Shijo.
