Health Minister Mangal Pandey posted a photo on his social media handle X and wrote, 'Inaugurated the blood separator unit and the newly built tuberculosis center in Sadar Hospital Begusarai with Minister Surendra Mehta and MLA Kundan Kumar.'

In the posted photos, Mangal Pandey is seen wearing shoe covers, while other people present on the spot are seen wearing surgical covers. Whose fault is it in this negligence, it has not been known yet, but after the photos went viral on social media, users are trolling the minister, while some users are calling it the negligence of the health department.
