Damoh, In Damoh District Agricultural Produce Market, a negligent truck driver crushed a young man who did Hammali, who died on the spot. The incident took place on Friday evening around 5:30 pm. Hammal Ravi Ahirwar, a resident of Pathariya Phatak area of Damoh Kotwali police station, was doing his wages in the agricultural produce market in the evening. As he was leaving the campus, a negligent truck driver suddenly swerved his truck, causing Hammal to come under the wheels of the truck and his head was crushed completely, killing him on the spot. After the news of the incident, the local people informed the police, after which the rural police station TI reached the spot with the police force. Rameshwar Chowdhary, president of the Hammal Sangh, told that the entire fault is of the truck driver. His accomplice was working in the Hammal complex. His companion was leaving from where the truck was, when the careless truck driver swerved the truck and his companion came under the wheels of the truck, killing him on the spot. He said that the entire fault lies with the truck driver, who absconded after committing the incident. Rural police station TI Amit Mishra told that he has reached the spot after getting the news of the incident. The truck has been seized. The truck driver has absconded since the incident, which is being searched.
The deceased lived separately from wife and children Local people have told that the deceased Ravi lived separately from his wife and children in Pathariya Phatak area for many years and his wife along with their elder daughter and son lived in Sagar Naka area. People say that the deceased used to drink alcohol due to which there was a family dispute between them and due to this the wife was separated with their children. However, after getting the news of the incident, the wife and both her children reached the spot, who are in bad condition by crying.
