Motihari, on one hand, the state government is giving government jobs to the youth, on the other hand, it is showing the guest teachers the way out of the job and is not even paying their salary on time. Guest teachers of East Champaran gheraoed the District Education Office demanding their salary and raised strong slogans.

Guest teachers who came in hundreds raised their voice against the education policy of the Bihar government, while they raised strong slogans against the DEO and DPO of East Champaran and demanded payment of their salary as soon as possible. The government had reinstated guest teachers on a large scale in Bihar and determined their salary according to the teaching in the class, but after paying salary for only 2 months, the government did not pay the salary. Guest teachers are angry about this. Guest teachers demanded payment of salary from the government. They said that the movement will be intensified if the demand is not met.
